TYPES OF WALKING

Both walking pathways programmes offer three types of walking, to suit all fitness levels:

Sessions run consecutively, allowing participants to choose the style and pace that suits them

Each session includes a welcome, guided walk, and a gentle close.

10:00 – Nordic Walking (approx. 1 hour)
11.00 – Japanese Walking (approx. 1 hour)
12.00 – Gentle Walking (approx. 1 hour)​​
