A guided walk-and-talk experience for anyone seeking space, clarity, and connection through time outdoors.
Designed to support well-being, reduce stress, and restore balance, these walks offer a simple but powerful way to reset both physically and mentally.
What TO BRING

Suitable outdoor clothing (layers depending on weather)

Supportive footwear (walking shoes or boots)

Waterproof jacket (and trousers if needed)

Small day pack with:

Light refreshments/snacks

Any personal medication

Accessibility & medical note
Routes are chosen to be as accessible as possible, but may include uneven ground, natural terrain, and varied surfaces.
Participants are encouraged to choose the walking style that best suits their current ability and energy levels.
This is a non-clinical programme and not a substitute for medical care.
