Nature-based, small-group experiences designed to support people recovering from cancer to gently rebuild strength, steadiness and self-confidence.

Programmes are delivered either as a six-week course (one 2.5-hour session per week) or as a condensed two-day weekend experience for those unable to attend during the week.
​
Each programme combines gentle movement, time outdoors, and simple practices such as forest bathing, bushcraft skills, walking, and nature immersion to support physical recovery, emotional wellbeing, and a renewed sense of connection.
​
Sessions are trauma-aware, non-clinical, and paced to meet people where they are - recognising that recovery after cancer is not just physical, but emotional and social too.

Weekend Format

Weekend courses follow the same structure, with sessions combined and delivered across two Saturdays, allowing for a deeper, more immersive experience while maintaining a gentle pace.

You are currently in cancer treatment (with medical approval)

You require close or intensive medical supervision
